EMPLOYMENT
Hope Haven Inc. is a small non profit.  We employ one set of house parents who live in our home and care for the children, a Director who oversees the operations of the non profit and oversees the programs, and one part time Administrative Assistant.  We do not have any positions open at this time and our “turnover” is almost nonexistent. 

VOLUNTEERS
We do not routinely utilize volunteers to work directly with the children in our home due to privacy issues and State regulations.   We do welcome volunteers for help on our fund raisers and occasionally we use volunteers to help in our office or in their homes when we do bulk mail outs.  We do host volunteer groups from programs such as Alternative Spring Break Program, girls scout troops and church groups who come to help us with light maintenance  at the home or do a fun day or activity with our children. We also need volunteers at Christmas to help with our Christmas give a way program.  Please call us or contact us via e mail if you represent such a group or would like to volunteer to help out at an event. 

Occasionally we work with local colleges and arrange for students and graduate students to perform some volunteer work with us.  Again contact about these opportunities.
